Step 1 Go to the Race Website and register for the 5K: www.freedomsrun.org (cost is $25).

Step 2 Fill out the bottom of the attached form and return to Habitat.

Step 3 Raise at least $100 in donations for Habitat (or make a personal donation of at least $100)
